Product Maintenance provides you with protection for your investment in our product licenses. Our outstanding Technical Support is available by email 24 hours a day and by phone Monday through Friday 9am to 6pm PT.
Free support is available during the evaluation period. Afterwards, it is sold in one year increments. The renewal cost is calculated based on the current cost of purchasing the same number of Right-To-Use (RTUs) in the same license class.
Your opportunity to purchase Product Maintenance is at the time of your license purchase or within 30 days of license purchase. After 30 days, we will not be able to offer you Product Maintenance.
While your product maintenance is valid, you will receive free upgrades to all new versions of the covered product of the same license class. You don't need to worry about budgeting for future upgrades. You can upgrade at any time.
