Overview
StorSys ProfessionalTM
is an addon feature of
MagniCompTM's
SysInfoTM product
providing highly detailed asset and configuration data on your
Storage Area Network (SAN) and Network Attached Storage (NAS) systems
in a platform neutral formats from UNIX, Linux, and Mac systems.
StorSys comes in Base
and Professional editions.
The StorSys Base edition
provides basic data about storage systems
such as manufacturer, model, system serial number, and storage capacity.
A license for StorSys Base is included in the SysInfo
product.

StorSys Professional builds on SysInfo's platform independent, easy
to use Command Line
Interface (CLI), Graphical User Interface (GUI), and
shell and program parsable data formats. It provides extremely
detailed asset and configuration data on your storage system servers
including:
- Manufacturer name and model
- System serial number
- Detailed data on each disk including manufacturer, model,
serial number, capacity, and much more.
